The Asian Center of Excellence in Space Technology, Geo-Informatics, and Environmental Engineering for Air Quality (AiroTEC), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU), led by Assistant Professor  Dr. Phatranit Kittithitinun, Assistant Professor Dr. Sudarat Saengkaew, Dr. Tippapatoo Kritsunthorn, Ms. Patcharin Somphut, and students from the Management Program, conducted academic service outreach activities to provide knowledge on air pollution awareness through the use of air quality monitoring applications and PM2.5 prevention for youth well-being. The activities also integrated the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to present information regarding PM2.5 pollution and the benefits of trees in reducing air pollution.

The activities aimed to transfer knowledge, enhance proper understanding, and cultivate environmental awareness among youth, who play a vital role in driving society in the future. The activities were organized at educational institutions in Chiang Mai Province as follows:

• May 21, 2026, at Sansaiwittayakom School, Nong Han Subdistrict, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province
• May 22, 2026, at Watphrachaolueam School, Nong Tong Subdistrict, Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province

The activities received strong interest and active participation from both students and teachers, reflecting growing awareness and concern regarding local air quality issues.
